Whananaki is lucky to have a beautiful, fully stocked general store to keep your supplies topped up while you're on holiday. It's located directly adjacent to the camp and has a full grocery, produce, meat, cheese, liquor and hardware section - basically anything you could ever need they will have!

BRENDA'S KITCHEN
Open Weekends (winter) and 7-days (summer)
Brenda's Kitchen is the local takeaways. Not just any takeaways however, they pride themselves on Northland's best burgers and the freshest of fish. Ask for the Kaitaia Fire Burger or one of their famous whitebait fritters.

Right next door to Whananaki Holiday Park is Ziggy's Pizza, our local pizza joint. They have a fine selection of stone-baked pizza whether you love meat lovers, vegetarian or a margarita - Ziggy's always uses the freshest of ingredients.

Big scoops of Tip Top ice cream, just like the way it used to be as a kid. Grab your afternoon ice cream from Dinosaur Island - right next to the camp - open most days over summer 10am-6pm.
